Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

2. The petitioner was appointed as a Badili Filler on 21.11.1999 in the respondent Corporation. While so, he met with an accident on 05.12.2012 in the mine at RKNT Incline, Srirampur area. Unfortunately, he met with a road accident also while coming from duty on 11.06.2015 in which his right leg was fractured. He was transferred to the unit of SRP 1 Incline, Srirampur from RKNT Incline, Srirampur and he was asked to do surface work. Now, when the first respondent insisted the petitioner to do the underground work, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Even after granting three adjournments, there is no response from the respondents and in these circumstances, this Court is inclined to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.07.2015 and also other representations for entrusting him the duties of surface work and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
