On 13.11.2015 when the matter has come up for hearing, no representation is made on behalf of petitioner and posted to 08.12.2015 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Again on 8.12.2015, when the matter has come up for hearing, on the request of advocate for petitioner, the matter was adjourned to next week under the same caption. In spite of posting the case under the caption of dismissal, when the matter has come up for hearing today adjournment is sought casually without showing any sufficient cause, which indicates that petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the case. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for NonProsecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed.
