A.Lavakumar v. State Of Ap, Rep. By Its Principal Secretary,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.10903 of 2016 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.
2.
Petitioners' grievance is that respondent Nos.2 and 3 may mutate the names of the unofficial respondents without issuing notice to the petitioners and that the petitioners' objections might not be considered by 3rd respondent.
3. In my considered opinion, the Writ Petition is pre-mature since as of date, no proceeding and no action has been taken by 3rd respondent or 2nd respondent to delete the name of the petitioners from the revenue records. As and when such an event happens, the petitioners are granted liberty to approach the appropriate forum for appropriate relief.
4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
5.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
