HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.21507 of 2005 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents - Corporation in deleting the petitioner's name from the approved list of Conductors vide proceedings dated 11.02.2005 and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 04.10.2005 directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service and continue her in service during the pendency of the writ petition. By virtue of the said interlocutory orders, the petitioner is being continued in service.

The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents Corporation has also not disputed the said fact. If the petitioner is being continued as on today in pursuance of the interlocutory orders passed by this Court, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioner should not be disturbed.

With the above observations, this writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

AKS, J W.P.No.21507 of 2005 As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
