THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.29419 OF 2017 O R D E R:

The writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 1 to 3 for not issuing the passport in the name of the petitioner in spite of closing the Crime No.137 of 2013 of P.S Begumpet in C.C.No.569 of 2014.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home submits that the 3rd respondent had already issued a certificate to the petitioner to enable him to approach the Pass Port authorities.

In the light of the same, which the learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
