HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13647 of 2019 ORDER: (per the Honourable Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The grievance of the petitioner is that the Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal, is not considering his candidature for counselling and admission into MBBS course under the Convener quota for the academic year 2019-20.

The admitted fact however is that the petitioner failed to submit his online application within time along with the requisite fee and necessary certificates. It is brought to our notice that the last date for verification of the certificates is today and that there would be no possibility of any online submission of the petitioner's application. In such circumstances, we find no ground to extend any indulgence to the petitioner who seems to have slept over the matter and is solely responsible for the present state of affairs.

The writ petition is devoid of merit and is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
