THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.4667 of 2004 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to appoint the petitioner as Mali without insisting that the name of the petitioner should be sponsored by the employment exchange, if he selected in the test and interview scheduled to be held for the above post on 20.03.2004 or any other subsequent date and pass such other necessary orders.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition becomes infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
