CVNR, J CC 998/2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of interim order dt.17.10.2017 in W.P.M.P. No.28744 of 2007 in W.P. No.22190 of 2007.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 12.3.2018 the writ petition itself was allowed. In view of the same, this contempt case is closed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh contempt case in the event the respondent violates the final order in the writ petition.

As a sequel to disposal of the contempt case, Application No.428 of 2017 filed for impleading the proposed respondent Nos.2 and 3 is disposed of as infructuous.
