HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA SECOND APPEAL No.1173 OF 1999 JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 would submit that the appellant has vacated the premises in the year 2002 and handed over possession to respondent No.2.

2. When the matter was called on 21.06.2017, there was no representation for the sole appellant - appellant - defendant. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal".

3. Today also, there is no representation for the appellant.
