Gorrela Kanakaiah, v. Sri. Ahmed A. Babu,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CONTEMPT CASE No.2270 of 2016 ORDER:
The petitioners complain disobedience of order dated 27-04-2016 in W.P.No.29954 of 2011.
On 18-11-2016, this Court directed notice to respondents. Respondent Nos.1 to 6 have filed counter affidavits setting out in detail various steps taken in this behalf and also a few orders passed by them pursuant to the directions issued by this Court. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners may be given liberty to assail the orders of respondents by taking recourse to law.
The statement is placed on record.
I have carefully considered the reply given by respondents and prima facie I am satisfied that no case for continuing the contempt case is made out.
The Contempt Case is accordingly dismissed, however, by granting liberty to petitioners to work out legal remedies available to them vis-àvis the acts of commission and omission in the operation of fish tanks. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. ______________ S. V. BHATT, J Dt: 01-03-2017 Prv
