The suit in O.S. No.44 of 2010 pending on the file of I-Additional District Judge, Srikakulam, on the date when the present Civil Revision Petition was filed on 16.9.2015 challenging the order 12.3.2015 in I.A. No.182 of 2013 in O.S. No.44 of 2010, was subsequently decreed partly by judgment and decree dated 22.12.2017.

In such an event, the present Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous, and, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
