Heard the counsel for petitioners, and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, for respondent nos.2 to 4.

It is stated by counsel on both sides that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by order dt.10.02.2017, passed in Writ Petition No.4583 of 2012. Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioners' applications dt.26.01.2016, 26.01.2016 and 30.12.2015 for regularization of plots under the Layout Regularization Scheme, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioners' applications dt.26.01.2016, 26.01.2016 and 30.12.2015 for regularization of plots under the Layout Regularization Scheme, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners. No order as to costs. 4.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
