In view of the order passed by me in W.P.No.27188 of 2016 on 27.09.2018 setting aside the Notification issued under Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 on 02.07.2016, no relief can be granted to the petitioner herein on the basis of the Award passed on 25.02.2017 on the basis of the said Section 11(1) Notification.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
