Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the order dated 02.01.2019 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.48036 of 2018, the respondents have considered and rejected the case of the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said rejection order.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
