THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2893 OF 2011 ORDER:

On 26.10.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal' to afford one more opportunity. When the case is called, on behalf of Sri Mohd. Moin Ahmed Quadri, learned counsel on record, it is represented that Sri Mohd. Moin Ahmed Quadri has given up his Vakalat. It is not stated when learned counsel revoked his Vakalat. No appearance is filed by any other counsel. Petitioner is not present. The Civil Revision Petition as well as the suit is of the year 2011. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Civil Revision Petition. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
