This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order in WPMP.No.26817 of 2015 in W.P.No.20827 of 2015. This Court by interim order dated 08-07-2015 directed the respondents 4, 5 and 7 to see that respondent No.6 shall not do aqua culture without obtaining final registration certificate. The said order was extended until further orders by 23-07-2015. The present contempt case is filed alleging violation of the said interim order. In fact, the petitioner sought for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner in order to prove his case. The Advocate Commissioner was appointed on 15-12-2015 and he submitted a report stating that three tanks were without water as on the date of his visit on 26-12-2015. In the circumstances, the allegation of the petitioner is not proved, and hence, the Contempt Case is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. However, the petitioner can pursue his case, since the main writ petition is pending.
