The case of the petitioners is they made a representation on 19.01.2017 before the 4th respondent seeking regularization of the subject lands, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.59, Revenue (Assignment) Department dated 30.12.2014. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 19.01.2017, in accordance with law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
