This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the inaction of the respondents in considering the petitioner's application dt.14.12.2012 through the Panchayath Secretary of Podili Grampanchayat for permission to construct a mosque within Podili village.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the respondents will consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within a period of eight

(08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
