THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION NO.11388 OF 2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.Praveen Kumar) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to produce Mrs.Pooja Singh, W/o. Vijender Singh, who is said to be in illegal custody of respondent Nos.4 and 5 and declare her detention as illegal and void.

By an order dated 09.04.2018, this Court issued notice before admission to respondent Nos.4 and 5, pursuant to which, the alleged detenu is produced before this Court. 3.

We have examined the detenu, Mrs.Pooja Singh, in the chambers. She categorically stated that she does not want to stay with her husband and want to be in the company of her father and mother.

In view of statement of the detenu, who is major, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
