Ramireddy Durga Parimala Reddy, v. D, Dayanand Goud
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10921 of 2015 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-de facto complainant seeking to cancel the bail granted on 29.7.2015 in Crl.P.No.6653 of 2015 to the 1st respondent. The ground raised by the petitioner-de facto complainant for cancellation of bail is that even though this Court instructed the Counsel for the respondent No.1 to settle the matter by way of compromise, the 1st respondent did not come forward for compromise.
The order dated 29.7.2015 does not disclose any such direction. It is not the case of the petitioner that after grant of bail, the 1st respondent threatened any of the witnesses and he caused any obstruction to the investigating agency. No grounds are made out by the petitioner for cancellation of the bail already granted to the 1st respondent.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. _____________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Dated: 3.11.2015 Nn
