HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.46305 of 2016 ORDER:

It is represented by the learned counsel for petitioner that the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2016 made to the 1st respondent is pending consideration and that the 1st respondent has not taken any action on the said representation till date.

2. Sri A. Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that the 1st respondent will consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2016 within a period of eight weeks.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2016 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the action taken thereon to the petitioner.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
