HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SARATH W.P.No.28042 OF 2009 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondent had informed this Court that during pendency of the writ petition, the respondent has retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation and the respondent would not be entitled for the benefits as granted by the Tribunal and hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for the petitioners has also not disputed the same. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
