HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.46571 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the inaction of the 3rd respondent in disposing of the representation dated 29.01.2016 made by the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. It is the grievance of the petitioner that though the petitioner submitted an application on 29.01.2016 before the 3rd respondentThe Revenue Divisional Officer for issuance of pattadar pass book, till date no orders are passed.

Learned AGP would submit that a suitable direction may be given to the 3rd respondent to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 29.01.2016 at the earliest, if not already disposed of, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the rival submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent-The Revenue Divisional Officer to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner on 29.01.2016 seeking issuance of pattadar pass book in respect of land admeasuring Acs.4.87 cents in survey Nos.63/9, 63/1B, 62/1B and 1⁄2 at Chettupalli Village, Cheedakada Mandal, in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders after hearing the petitioner, officials of Endowments Department and other

aggrieved persons, if any, as early as possible, preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
