The only grievance in the writ petition is that the Statutory Second Appeal filed by the petitioner before the 1st respondent under Section 19(3) of Right to Information Act, 2005, dt.11.10.2018, is not being disposed of.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner is stated to be pending before the 1st respondent, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the said appeal, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
