Petitioner contends that the appeal dt.20-03-2004 filed by him before the 2nd respondent against the order dt.04-03-2004 of the 3rd respondent was not being disposed of by the 2nd respondent till date.

Sri P.Durga Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for respondents submits that the 2nd respondent will dispose of petitioner's appeal within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner, if not already disposed of.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of petitioner's appeal within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to petitioner, if not already disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
