HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.22266 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj representing respondents 1 and 2 and learned standing counsel for Hyderabad Municipal Development Authority representing on behalf of 3rd respondent. The order of this Court in W.P. No.17947 of 2017 dated 08.06.2017 is very clear in para No.5 that while directing the petitioner to maintain appeal within the prescribed period with further observation that, if necessary, the respondent is directed to pass any interim order, if at all any interim application is filed in the meantime and to dispose of the appeal. It is the averment that interim application is filed and without disposal, the same is kept pending despite the period of stay granted by the Court expires by tomorrow. Having regard to the above, instead of directing to dispose of the interim application, this Court to sub-serve the ends of justice feels it just to extend the interim order till disposal of appeal filed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
