HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.4883 of 2015 O R D E R :

The petitioner, who is accused in Crime No.97 of 2015 of Adibatla Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 354-B I.P.C., filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail.

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is involved in another four cases and one among them is for the same type of offence and though in a crime registered for the offence of assaulting the Government servant, he got the acquittal, it shows the involvement of the petitioner in various crimes. Crime No.251 of 2014 of Vanasthalipuram Police Station, registered for the offence under Section 34(a) of A.P. Excise Act is also pending against the petitioner.

Hence, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioner is not entitled for anticipatory bail.
