24-04-2012 consequently take appropriate action against 2nd and 3rd respondent and direct the respondents to provide police protection and see the petitioner should live peacefully in the Donkarai Village, Y. Ramavaram Mandal, East Godavari District..."

The 1st respondent filed counter affidavit. I have perused the counter affidavit and this Court is of the view that the grievance of petitioner is substantially adverted to. In view of the stand taken in the counter affidavit, the writ petition need not be further enquired. The writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
