THE HON'BIE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR Writ petition No.13214 of 2025 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4, and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the Writ petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at the admission stage perused the record.

The case of the petitioner in brief is that though the respondentsauthorities have registered a case, vide Crime No.56 of 2023 dt'21'02'2023, the authorities are not conducting investigation into the aforesaid crime registered, nor have filed a charge sheet therein, which action of the authorities it is contended as highly illegal, arbitrary and dereliction of duties 3.

per contrA learned Government pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4, while denying the writ averments, would submit that the respondents-authorities on registering the aforementioned crime have conducted investigation into the same and fired a charge sheet before the concerned Magistrate.

on record by the concerned Magistrate and has been assigned CC No.343 of 2023 dt.20.03.2023.

Learned Government Pleader further submits that since, the authorities have already filed the charge sheet in the aforesaid crime registered, the matter is now seized of by the concerned Magistrate. 6.

The aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 is placed on record. 't.

In view of the aforesaid submission, since, the respondentsauthorities have now informed to this Court of the said authorities after conducting investigation into Crime No.56 of 2023 dt.2L.02.2023 having laid a charge sheet therein, and on the respondents-authorities filing the charge sheet, the concerned Cout having taken the same on record and assigned CC No.343 of 2023, the grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition stands redressed and no further orders are necessary. S.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. No order as to costs. S. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
