This Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of proceedings in C.C.No.152 of 2017 on the file of the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, LB Nagar, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, against the petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 5.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted a copy of e-Courts proceedings wherein it is mentioned that C.C.No.152 of 2017, has ended in acquittal on 25.05.2022.

The same is recorded.

In view of the above submission, since the very purpose of filing this Criminal Petition is already been

fulfilled, no purpose would survive to proceed with this Criminal Petition and the same has become infructuous. 06.

In view of the above, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There is no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications in this matter, if any, shall stand closed.
