On 12.10.2017 it was recorded that the sole appellant has died. The learned counsel for the appellant appears and states that despite best efforts and even after informing the advocate who appeared before the lower Court, no details are forthcoming till date. Therefore, he states that the appeal can be dismissed as abated.

Recording the said submission, the appeal is dismissed as abated. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
