O R D E R:
Alleging willful disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 11.06.2013 passed in WPMP.No.19731/2013 in WP.No.16282/2013, the present Contempt Case has been filed.
2. This Court on 11.06.2013, in WPMP.No.19731/2013 in WP.No.16282/2013, passed the following order: "The second respondent shall ensure access to the users of sulabh toilets being maintained by the petitioners without being blocked by hawkers."
3. A counter affidavit is filed by the respondent herein stating that the respondent implemented the orders of this Court and the hawkers/petty business people who were causing disturbance to the way to use the Sulabh were evicted. In order to substantiate the same, the respondent herein along with the counter has filed a letter dated bearing X.N.Dis.No./2014/G1, dated 18.12.2014 addressed by the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Kadapa to the Sub-Inspector of Police, I Town Police Station, Kadapa wherein it is stated as follows: "With reference to the letter cited, inspected the Sulab Comp, OPP. To I-Town Police Station, Kadapa by the Town Planning Officer of this Office and it is found that there is no Hawkers and petty shops infront of the said Sulab Complex maintained by Sri T.Ravi Sankar, S/o Laxmaiah. It is submitted for information."
4. In view of the above and having regard to the letter addressed by the Municipal Corporation, Cuddapah dated 18.12.2014, this Contempt Case is closed and the respondent herein stands discharged. No costs.
