Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for APSRTC appearing for the respondents. 2.

This writ petition is filed alleging that the services of the petitioner as Conductor were not regularized, whereas the services of his juniors were regularized w.e.f. 31.12.1991 and sought for consequential benefits.

When the matter is taken up, learned standing counsel for the respondent - Corporation produced copy of the Office Order dated 02.01.2020 regularizing the services of the petitioner w.e.f. 01.03.2013.

The said order is not challenged in this writ petition. Since the relief sought was only declaration against non-regularization of the services, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. If the petitioner has any grievance in respect of regularization of his services w.e.f. 01.03.2013, he is entitled to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law. 5.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
