Sri K. Jagan Mohan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, is present.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the Investigating Officer filed charge sheet on 16.04.2016 and the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Shadnagar, has to assign calendar case number, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
