HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION NO.3733 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashing of the proceedings in Crime No.100 of 2019 of Maripeda Police Station, Mahabubabad District, registered against the petitioners/A-1 to A-3 for the offences punishable under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Criminal Petition has become infructuous, as the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed in the abovementioned crime. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
