HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 12528 of 2017 ORDER:
The petitioner submits that the location of wine shop of respondent No.6 is causing nuisance to women folk and others on account of rash riding of the drunkards near the shop, and even students are facing inconvenience on account of unruly behaviour of customers visiting respondent No.6 shop especially on account of liquor being allowed to be consumed in permit room. Bringing all these aspects, petitioner claims to have made representation dated 13.03.2017 to respondent No.3. As the said representation has not been considered, the present Wit Petition is filed. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to respondent Nos.
3 to 5 to consider the representation and, if the allegations in the representation are found to be true, the concerned respondents shall ensure that peace and tranquility prevail in the locality. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
