Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

Having regard to the fact that Charge sheet in this case is filed for the offences under Section 498-A and 325 of IPC and Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and the case is numbered as C.C.No.388 of 2014 and prima facie material contained therein, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings at this stage. Hence, the petitioner/Accused Nos. 1 and 5 are directed to appear before the trial Court and face the trial and put-forth their defences available to them under law. However, considering the fact that petitioner/Accused No.5 is an aged lady, her presence in C.C.388 of 2014 on the file of XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial Court requires her attendance.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. ______________________ U.DURGA PRASAD RAO,J 02-04-2015 eha
