HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.13703 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of the 4th respondent in calling the petitioner to the police station and making threats though he is no way concerned with transactions between unofficial respondents and one Mahesh Goud.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions denying allegations made by the petitioner stating that respondent No.4 never called him to police station at any point of time. It is also stated that respondent never interfered in civil disputes of the petitioner and never directed him to settle civil disputes with anyone. But learned counsel for the petitioner disputes the same. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner except in accordance with law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
