This writ petition is filed challenging the suspension orders dated 20.07.2000 issued by the 1st respondent, pending regular departmental enquiry.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by learned counsel for the respondents that pursuant to regular departmental enquiry, the petitioner was removed from service and, hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
