Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri J.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the respondents.

The 2nd respondent-contemnor is present.

It is stated by the learned counsel on both sides that wages for the period that the petitioner was not allowed to work by the respondents have since been paid and the amount has been credited to the account of the petitioner.

In this view of the matter, I do no see any reason to punish the 2nd respondent-contemnor.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
