THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI CONCTEMPT CASE No.326 of 2015 O R D E R:

When the matter is called today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.4726 of 2009 has been stayed by a Division Bench of this Court, by way of an order in WAMP.No.2877 of 2015 in W.A.No.1075 of 2015, dated 29.12.2015 and a copy of the same is placed on record. It is further stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein may be permitted to renew his request after the issue attains finality.

2. In view of the above, the submissions of the learned counsel is placed on record and the Contempt Case is closed with the liberty as sought for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
