THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.46388 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

" ....to issue a writ, order or a direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of respondent No.4 in mutating and issuing epass book as per applications dated 25.04.2016 and 20.06.2016 in respect of lands in Survey Nos.354/ 1, 354/ 2, 357 and 169 total admeasuring Acs.17.28 guntas of Gunjapadugu Village, Manthani Mandal, Karimnagar District, as illegal and arbitrary."

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondent-authorities to pass orders on the application dated 09.11.2016 seeking mutation of the name of the petitioners, at the earliest. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue does not dispute the same, provided the said application is endorsed. 4.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent - Tahsildar to consider the application dated 09.11.2016 made by the petitioner for mutation of his name in the revenue records in respect of the land total admeasuring Acs.17.28 guntas in Survey Nos.354/ 1, 354/ 2, 357 and 169 situated

CPK,J WP_46388_2016 at Gunjapadugu Village, Manthani Mandal, Karimnagar District, at the earliest and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and the aggrieved persons if any, provided no endorsements are made till date, in respect of the above property by any of the authorities. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
