The Contempt Case is filed complaining disobedience to the order dated 08.03.2019 passed in W.P.No.12891 of 2018. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court, the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner and rejected, vide proceedings, dated 08.08.2019. 3.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection order dated 08.08.2019, he is at liberty to challenge the same.
