THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 3503 of 2022 O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") seeking to enlarge the petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.2 and 3, on bail in connection with Crime No.15 of 2022 of Kanagal Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Section 304-B of Indian Penal Code.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

The case of the prosecution is that on 23.02.022 the sister-in-law of 1st petitioner/Accused No.2 died by committing suicide at her parental house. For the reason of his daughter committing suicide, the father of the deceased, who is the de facto complainant, filed complaint against A1 to A3. Accused No.1 is the husband, Accused No.2 is the brother-in-law and Accused No.3 is mother-in-law of the deceased. The petitioners are in jail since 07.03.2022 and no

police custody is sought. About Eleven witnesses were examined. As such the petitioners, who are brother-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased, can be released on bail. 5.

Accordingly, the petitioners 1 and 2/Accused No.2 and 3 are directed to be released on bail on their executing personal bonds for Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) with two sureties each for like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nalgonda. The petitioners shall appear before the police concerned, on every Wednesday for a period of Two months.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
