O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioners in this case is that the Tahsildar, Kondapak Mandal, Medak District, was not issuing pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the subject lands though applications have been made in the prescribed format.

Perusal of the material filed by the petitioners reflects that the petitioners did, in fact, file applications for grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds in relation to the subject lands as per the procedure prescribed in the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971.

In that view of the matter, it is for the Tahsildar, Kondapak Mandal, Medak District, to consider the same, call upon the petitioners to make good deficiencies, if any, and thereafter take appropriate action in the matter.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Kondapak Mandal, Medak District, to complete the aforestated exercise expeditiously and in any event, not later than six weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
