This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.336 of 2014 of Narsampet Police Station, Warangal District. Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. Learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the police investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
