ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in issuing sale notice, dated 05.05.2012, under Rule 52 (10)(e) of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Rules, 1964, as illegal and contrary to interim order, dated 09.07.2009, in W.P.M.P.No.17772 of 2009 in W.P.No.13638 of 2009. The petitioner sought for the consequential relief of setting aside the said sale notice. At the hearing, it is admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that W.P.No.17035 of 2012, which is identical to the present writ petition, was dismissed by this Court by order, dated 12.08.2015. Following the aforesaid order, this Writ Petition is also dismissed with the direction that the reasons contained therein shall form part of this order.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 08.06.2012, in W.P.M.P.No.21484 of 2012 as extended on 28.06.2012, is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.21484 of 2012 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous. __________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 20th August, 2015 GHN
