1. Since the petitioners in all these writ petitions share a similar grievance, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of these writ petitions by way of this common order.

2. Heard Sri M.L.Ali, learned counsel for the petitioners as also Sri Aravala Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation.

In all these writ petitions, petitioners are assailing the orders of removal passed by the Depot Managers/Disciplinary authorities.

When the matters are taken up, a preliminary objection with regard to the maintainability of the writ petitions is taken by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation that the petitioners herein have an effective and efficacious alternative remedy under the provisions of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 before the Industrial Tribunal/Labour Court and the petitioners without availing the same have filed the present writ petitions directly before this Court.

5. In view of availability of the alternative and efficacious remedy under the provisions of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petitions, however, keeps it open for the petitioners hrein to approach the appropriate forum as indicated above.

6. For the aforesaid reasons, Writ Petitions are dismissed, keeping it open for the petitioners herein to avail the alternative and efficacious remedy as provided under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 before the Industrial Tribunal/Labour Court, within a period of one month from the

date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such disputes are raised before the Industrial Tribunal/Labour Court, within the time stipulated above, the same shall be enquired into by the Industrial Tribunal/Labour Court and appropriate awards be passed in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
