HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.No.11555 of 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents on the representation submitted by the petitioner and legal notices issued for release of service benefits of her deceased husband by name R.Muthyalu. Sri B.Devanand, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 4 took primary objection stating that the petitioner has to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, since respondent-Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (B.S.N.L.) is covered under the notification issued under the Administrative Tribunals Act. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 09-04-2018 Note:
