Kusumba Ramarathnam v. The State Of Telangana
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.13679 OF 2019 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of the 3rd respondent in calling the petitioners to the police station and interfering in civil matters without registering any crime and forcing them to settle the land disputes with the 4th respondent.

Except that respondent-police are never interfering with the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and the 4th respondent.
Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioners and the 4th respondent. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
